We ship all packages via DHL. Please allow 14-21 working days for delivery to Europe and 14–21 working days to the rest of the world.
Items shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and / or charges, which aren’t included in the total cost of your order. We won’t cover or reimburse these costs.
We’re not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs.
Please check with your country’s customs office in regards to any additional costs prior to placing your order.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 working days of dispatch, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

We do our best to send orders placed before 1pm on Monday to Friday on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be sent the next working day. 
Orders placed at the weekend will ship on Monday morning (excluding bank holidays).
Our estimated shipping times are for UK mainland only.
We dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving payment. 


If we receive a returned package due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you’ll be responsible for the redelivery charge. We’re not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.


If you’re not completely satisfied with your order you can return any items to us for a full refund (excluding postage and packaging charges) within 28 days of receiving your order.
If you’ve returned an item for a refund, we’ll process it for you within 7 days.
Refunds may take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
We hold the right to refuse a refund if we feel that an item has been returned in a condition other than that it was sent.  


Please note you, the customer, takes responsibility for the item (s) until it/they reach us. We recommend you send your parcel using a signed for delivery service or one that insures for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item is at your expense. We can’t refund shipping fees.
We will not charge you a fee to ship your exchange item.
Requests for refunds must be made within 28 days of receiving your order. After this time we hold the right to refuse a refund/exchange.  


We can’t offer exchanges on international orders, however, we can offer you a refund for your item (s) if you return them in their original condition and packaging with all labels attached. 


If you receive an item that’s faulty, damaged or incorrect, please email us.
You will need to return the item for a refund or replacement within 28 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
We will only pay for return postage if the item is faulty/damaged on arrival or incorrect.
